Pasta (plain & with cheese & sauce) & green beans

thursday:

Falafel with hummus, pita & Israeli salad

friday:

Sliced bread with tuna and cream cheese options, sliced peppers

Week 2

monday:

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup

tuesday:

Scrambled eggs, home fries & salad

wednesday:

Lasagna (with options for plain pasta & with cheese & sauce) & green beans

thursday:

Wraps with beans, rice, cheese & veggies

friday:

Sliced bread with tuna and cream cheese options, sliced peppers

Week 3

monday:

Grilled Cheese and Veggie Soup

tuesday:

Mashed Potatoes and Veggie Nuggets

wednesday:

Pasta (plain & with cheese & sauce) & green beans

thursday:

Scrambled eggs, home fries & salad

friday:

Sliced bread with tuna and cream cheese options, sliced peppers

All grains used are whole wheat/wholegrain. 
There are always bread and spreads available as an alternative.
