Week 1

Monday:

Fish sticks with fries & coleslaw

tuesday:

Grilled cheese with tomato soup & salad

wednesday:

Pasta (plain & with cheese & sauce) & green beans

thursday:

Scrambled eggs, home fries & salad

FRIDAY:

Bagels with tuna and cream cheese options, sliced peppers.

Week 2

Monday:

Pizza bagels with sliced veggies

tuesday:

Baked potato with sour cream, vegetable soup and salad

wednesday:

Lasagna, (with options for plain pasta & with cheese & sauce) & green beans

thursday:

Wraps with beans, rice, cheese & veggies

FRIDAY:

Sliced bread with tuna and cream cheese options & sliced peppers.

Week 3

Monday:

Veggie nuggets with mashed potatoes & salad

tuesday:

Hearty bean soup with challah rolls & salad

wednesday:

Pasta (plain & with cheese & sauce) & green beans

thursday:

Falafel with hummus, pita & Israeli salad

FRIDAY:

Bagels with tuna and cream cheese options, sliced peppers.

 

All grains used are whole wheat/wholegrain. 
There are always bread and spreads available as an alternative.
