Welcome to Lamplighters Yeshivah!
Lamplighters Yeshivah welcomes new families to apply for the 2018 - 2019 school year for boys and girls who will be three by the start of the upcoming school year. (As of now, we have filled up all available spots for the current school year.)
*Note: Please be aware that we have very limited (if any) spots for older preschool and elementary students. In rare cases, spots do open up and we accept older preschool and elementary students. Please fill out the inquiry form below and we'll let you know if any spaces open up.
Here are the steps in our admissions process for new families:
1. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF
2. SEEING IS BELIEVING
Join us for a tour of our school! You will observe one of our preschool classes, learn more about the Lamplighters Model and our educational methodology, and discover what makes our school unique. Afterward, meet for an open discussion with the Lamplighters school leadership so we can learn more about each other. Please click here to reserve your spot at an open house tour. (Please make sure that you have already filled out the inquiry form before you consider a tour.)
3. APPLY TO LAMPLIGHTERS YESHIVAH
After you have reached the decision to apply for a space in the school, please complete this online application form and submit the non-refundable $155 application fee. Our school has limited spots and a waiting list is not unusual. Please do not delay in submitting enrollment packets.
4. THE FINE PRINT
The Lamplighters Yeshivah Executive Director and Heads of School may invite you for an additional meeting before the school makes a final enrollment decision. All admissions decisions are based upon evaluation of the child’s previous school history, interview and/or observation and needs of the existing classes with regard to balance of age and academic diversity. If a position is offered to an applying child, the family must submit a completed tuition contract with a $250 tuition deposit within 15 days of being notified to accept the slot. If a place is not immediately available, a family may request to be placed on a waiting list.
