Welcome to Lamplighters Yeshivah!

Lamplighters Yeshivah welcomes new families to apply for the 2018 - 2019 school year for boys and girls ages who will be three by the start of the upcoming school year. (As of now, we have spots available for Elementary Boys in 1st grade and 3rd grade for the 2017-2018 school year.  We have filled up all other spots in our preschool and elementary for the 2017-2018 school year.)

Tours reopen for the 2018-2019 school year in January. Stay tuned for more information.

*Note: In rare cases, we accept older preschool and elementary students. Please fill out the inquiry form below and we'll let you know if any spaces open up.

Here are the steps in our admissions process for new families:

Please click here to fill out a short inquiry form.

Join us for a tour of our school. You will observe one of our preschool classes, learn more about the Lamplighters Model and our educational methodology, and discover what makes our school unique. Afterward, meet for an open discussion with the Lamplighters school leadership so we can learn more about each other. Please click here to reserve your spot at an open house tour. (Please make sure that you have already filled out the inquiry form before you consider a tour.)

After you have reached the decision to apply for a space in the school, please complete this online application form and submit the non-refundable $150 application fee. Our school has limited spots and a waiting list is not unusual. Please do not delay in submitting enrollment packets.

The Lamplighters Yeshivah Executive Director and Heads of School may invite you for an additional meeting before the school makes a final enrollment decision. These decisions are based upon evaluation of the child’s previous school history, interview and/or observation and needs of the existing classes with regard to balance of age and academic diversity. If a position is offered to an applying child, the family must submit a completed tuition contract with a $250 tuition deposit within 15 days of being notified to accept the slot. If a place is not immediately available, a family may request to be placed on a waiting list.
